The overall strategy of ASC is to develop a co-ordinated approach to the delivery of advice services which takes account of other strategies forming part of the Sustainable Community Strategy and complements them. This will be achieved by the formation of a consortium which will act as an umbrella body for the many organisations in the city who are involved in advice work. The umbrella body will establish and maintain joint working arrangements which ensure quality and a holistic approach to services to clients, as well as developing services which match identified need. This body will also be accountable to the Coventry Partnership and will play a key role in delivering part of the Sustainable Community Strategy.
